At long last, there is something positive to say about Rep. Carter's behavior in Congress. He voted "yes" -- along with 87% of the House -- in favor of passing the Credit Cardholders' Bill of Rights Act.
This was a consumer-friendly piece of legislation that was pushed hard by Obama -- he brought it up during his campaign repeatedly -- and it's good to see so many GOPers getting behind it, instead of playing obstructionist politics.
Kudos to Rep. Carter for getting it right this time.
