The GOP is proposing an alternative budget, which basically consists of undoing the stimulus, imposing a "spending freeze," and giving more tax cuts to the wealthy.

UPDATE: It's crucial to point out here that, after railing so hard against Obama's proposed deficits, the GOP's alternative budge would likely produce deficits that are just as large -- they freeze spending, but they cut taxes in numerous places, resulting in huge reductions in revenue. Obviously, GOPers don't actually care that much about deficits, despite all their protests. (We know this already after the Reagan and Bush Jr. administrations.) What they really care about is looking out for the interests of the wealthiest 2% of Americans.
