Again? Really?

It appears Ft. Hood will receive $333,000 for "range re-vegetation" from the stimulus spending package. This is a good thing. I support this, because it is good environmental policy.

And here's our John Carter, swelling his chest with pride:
“I am pleased to have once again secured funding for practices that will improve Fort Hood’s training facilities, as well as our environmental and water quality,” Carter said.
That's all well and good. But wait a second.

Taking credit for securing an earmark, after criticizing earmarks?

And taking credit for securing funding in a spending bill, after voting against that spending bill?

Yep, that's our Rep. John Carter. Makes you proud to call him your U.S. Representative, doesn't it?

I know. Me neither.
